Left my charger at home yesterday, this laptop is about to fade away and die - so I'm detached from society. Have to wait at home for the new hard drive to be delivered. After 3 days gardening in the blazing sun I have a phenomenally bad cold. I also have dozens of insect bites on my legs - they are huge red wheals, I look like I've been splashed with hot fat.
Watched the first 3 episodes of 'Smiley's People' last night - cheered me up a bit.
