This is lovely - in just the right spot - and a brilliant price... exactly what I'm looking for in about a year... when all the prices have gone up beyond my reach again.
It's just off the beach - and on the other side of town - towards the South Downs. It's the house that Polly Styrene lived in until she died earlier in the year.
