Whilst perusing the web at 3.30am in a desperate attempt not to go native and start killing my neigbours - I found that the MOD has an auction site online. I decided not to place a bid on the Aircraft Carrier Invincible ( £5m ) - but I did find that they are selling prints of this for £18.00

Dangerous Work at Low Tide – Eric Ravilious, watercolour on paper
As part of his official Admiralty commission to record some of the work around British shores in 1943, Ravilious went to Whitstable Bay to observe the de-fusing of one of the first German magnetic mines. In this watercolour, the artist has managed to convey a sense of heightened tension and danger as the team slowly move across the sands towards their target.

The Link to purchase this print is here

You can have a look about if there is anything else you fancy - I have my eye on an English Electric Lightning jet fighter from the 1950's ( no engine)

I'd love to buy a print of this. Do you have the link?

It's a very long URL - I'll embed it in the post above.
