I assume it's a wind test - but is it being transported by the tractor or is the vehicle just passing.... I'm fairly certain is an SR71 Blackbird - I might try and look it up later
There's several planes that use the same template as the Blackbird, though weirdly the cockpit doesn't really look like any of them. Christ, I'm such a nerd.
it has the same cockpit as a boeing B1 tilt wing bomber which is from the same period - it could be one of the russian copycats - I'm not sure of the prevenance - it was a randon find
