WTF?

Walked the dogs earlier and something strange happening next door with the new couple - someone has fly tipped in front of their house. An old and rather seedy looking mattress propped up against the door - and some crap piled up next to it including an old fish tank and some really dirty looking kitchen furniture.... must have been done from the outside because it blocks the door....
