To the ends of the earth ( Bexhill )

Early morning cycle ride to Bexhill and slightly beyond - I'm working myself up to a trip to Eastbourne. It was a lot cooler today so it was more comfortable. I bumped into a Grey Area reader on the cinder path and had a chat for a while ( Hello Jane! ) and really enjoyed myself. The way back was 1000 times harder because the wind was against me - so I took advantage and broke the journey in St Leonards - with half an hour in the new TK Maxx superstore. Very disappointing - I had expected them to put in an upstairs, it would have been easy - but instead they left the old MFI layout and it was like an aircraft hanger. Not that much menswear either, but at least I could lock my bike directly outside the menswear department so I could see it through the window.

Weather permitting - next week I'll see if I can get to Eastbourne in one go - I'll get the train back if I need to - but it's supposed to piss down from now until xmas.
