I did my tax returns today - I'd been dreading it - I knew that the start of this year was quite difficult and that I'd lost a couple of clients (natural wastage) - but I ended up earning much less than I expected. Quite depressing. This new year is already looking better - but it's not much fun trying to earn anything like a decent living at the moment - I just seem to work harder and see my money down, and worth less, year on year. At least I suppose I will have less tax to pay - if that's any compensation.
My eyes are burning and nose tingling, Sahara sand everywhere - you can really smell it strongly. The cars are covered in a layer and it's foggy - quite nasty.
