Should have been a great day - but managed to pull my back out whilst making the bed, spent nearly all day lying down. Looks like it was a lovely day. Typical.
Apparently it's a bank holiday, I had no idea. As everything seems to require physical movement - I'm stuffed at the moment. managed to get to te shop - saw someone I know who has been out on a bike ride - was green with envy. Being inactive makes me tetchy.
