Worked hard yesterday - managed to get everything done and printed - and then packed up so I can hand deliver it to a client in london this morning ( hence typing this at 4.30am ) - happy with it all, have emailed over a draft and the client seems happy too.

Very pleased with the results over the pond - have issues with Obama - but the alternative didn't bear thinking about.

Very depressed to read about the accident last night with Bradley Wiggins, although he's recovering in hospital - it just underlies how dangerous the roads are - last night I got off my bike and walked part of the way home because the rush hour traffic hadn't adjusted to the demands of early dark nights yet and was too dangerous to cycle in - this makes grim reading...  

"By the time I got there he had moved to a safer place but was still on the ground and he was in a lot of pain. He said he thought he had broken his ribs and while a lot of police cars arrived it was about 15 minutes before the ambulance got there, by which time he was blue."

Made lamb casserole on Tuesday night and had part two last night - it was lovely - eating meat only once a month or so makes it taste better - but without making me to want it more often - eating a lot of dried fruit at the moment - the Julian Graves chain has been taken over by something called 'Grape Tree' - same type of product - still selling masses of sweets - but lots of fruit and nuts - and green lentils!

Have a meeting at lunch time and then I might get the time to have a look about and pop into the Tate Modern before I come home. Back at the studio tomorrow with more work - looks like I'll be busy for a couple of weeks.
