We just had some spectacular rain - neither dog would consider going outside and the bin men looked let were going to have to hide in the van.
Worked during the evening yesterday - and have about half a day to do today - then off until Tuesday at least. Might do something this afternoon, like pop over to Bexhill - or might just spend the day taking it easy or clearing the loft. Too wet to go out into the garden - reminds me of the year when loads of plants and shrubs were just washed away and came out of the ground after week of rain.
Paid £2.50 for a sack of spinach yesterday - guess what I'm having for dinner.
