It's pissing down, and due to rain all day. I have to walk to work because I left my bike there last week. Had to get up at 5am to do the paperwork I couldn't face last week - I'm actually a bit behind - have 2 jobs to do today - one in-house, and one 'out'.
Remembered with a start at 5am that I need to pay my mortgage manually this month - as the new standing order does not kick in until next month, and pay the rent on the studio I have hardly had the time to visit ( but I'm fairly relaxed about that one ).
Watched the original TV version of Woman In Black last night in bed and really enjoyed it - broadcast on Xmas Eve - 1989, I first saw it at my mothers house in North Wales, on my own - when I still used to go through the process of doing things I didn't want to do because I was expected to.
Vaguely thinking about going to work early and having a cooked breakfast in the cafe 2 doors down.
The news is really dull, and there is something about this weather - and a sound from outside that reminds me I forgot to fix the guttering, that really depresses me.
I have a £5 off voucher fro Morrissons, I'm mentally walking the aisles, trying to decide what I need in order to qualify - have got as far as cheap bedding.
