Wednesday

Sat up last night watching 'The Filth and the Fury' on DVD and ate Spanish Chicken with rice, and drank wine. Bliss! My idea of a good night in.

I'm off to Bexhill today - I'm taking 30 students to see the Andy Warhol retrospective, then back to college for a meeting - and showing the same students  'Midnight Cowboy' after a lecture - so busy. I'm not teaching for the rest of the week - but I have loads to catch up on. Only another week after that until half term - I need a week away from teaching already - and it's nearly Bonfire night down here ( Saturday ) - the year is zipping past at a rate of knots.

Up early and a longer than usual dog walk - nearly 2 hours - I needed the fresh air. I have to explain what post Modernism is later to a bunch of 18 year olds and I needed to work it out in my head first.

If I have time, I'm going to pop into the retail park in Bexhill and see if they have any slimline freezers - I have just enough space for one - and it would be more economic than buying food daily. I've still never been into Iceland, but i keep hearing rumours. I imagine it's all Turkey Twizzlers and Vienetta.

I don't have a clue what's going on in the world - it's all a blur.
