I suppose that...

One final gift that Steve Jobs has given the world, is to cheat Sarah Palin of the headline on the day she decides to 'spend more time with her family' - I am grateful for that.

Nearly had a disaster of gigantic proportions yesterday - I bought 2 ltrs of milk in the sainsbury's and as I was swiping it over the self service till, it caught the edge of the screen and exploded - showering it withmilk, a friendly security card didn't give me a hard time over it.

I've identified the cause of my repeated nightmares about being chased through the woods by a crashing, thrashing and unseen beast - it's because Little Mouse has a wicker basket and since it's been in the upstairs bedroom - I've heard her moving about in the night - making a creaking noise.

Only popping into work for an hour to introduce a new staff member - then back home to work - off out for a pint tonight. Very busy with commercial work for at least another week - that's a good thing, teaching looks OK so far, just waiting for the bit where they meet in the middle and it all starts going wrong.
