Good teaching day yesterday, very hot - in fact too hot - I had to send them home early. One of my students is pregnant so we are getting a fan sorted out. Managed to make quite a bit of progress with them - but by the time I got home I felt quite ill - I really hate tye heat. Loads of work to do over the weekend, but I should have been paid today - not sure if my salary has gone down to the new level yet. The good news is that my timetable is much lighter now and I'm in college a lot less, quite happy with that.
Closing of the latest Arts Festival on The Stade tonight. Free fish and chips from 7pm, with a trawler bringing in fresh whitebait later today - you don't get that anywhere else.
Really looking forward to the weekend so I can catch up.
