Sunday

Up early, managed to get loads don, now listening to a Poirt play on the radio. Exhausted. Cleaned up about 20 Tretchifoff prints from the loft - they are going into a show and sale next week, should be able to get about £1200 for them ( before commission ) and I opened up a couple of crates of ceramics, not selling them - but put a few up around the house to brighten it up. I need to spend a bit of money on the new bike and I really want to upgrade my camera - so if I sell the setup I have now, and my old bike, I should have at least half. The print money half for the house and half for the revenue.

Had turkey salad for lunch - it was a piece reduced to £1 - very nice. Just about to start going through a pile of unopened envelopes.

Walked the dogs after lunch and the drunk woman came out of her house and staggered down the road in a Britney Spears T Shirt and dark glasses - she's actually looking pretty rough at the moment, could hardly managed the 'Hello Rich' - she's had a lot of friends round recently sitting in their garden all evening drinking in the evening warm - dunno where the money comes from. I caught them loading crates of Moet and Chandon into the house once.

An update on my mate who had the stroke and aneurism. He's been moved to his parents house - they are in a better position to look after him. He can't talk very well and can't read - he 'sort of' remembers who most people are, but has to keep asking questions. One odd thing. He's forgotten everything bad that's happened in the last 3 or 4 years, this includes EVERYTHING about work and any of his personal problems - he's really very chipper. We were talking about this at work the other day, and a girl told me about her mother - who had battled crippling depression all her life - but after having a stroke - totally changed and became very positive, content and optimistic - and despite being disabled and needing full time care - remains very happy.

For some reason I'm really, really tired today - I could just go back to bed again. All of last weeks insect bites have hardened into little red lumps... like frozen peas.
