Cycled into town after a big clean up and 2 trips to the charity shop with bags of stuff ( they go all goggle eyed in there when I take stuff in now, none of it ever goes in the shop ). Lovely morning, saw quite a few people I knew and had a coffee with some. Poked about all the junk shops, bought a 1960's Mr Potato Head set in Robers Rummage that was of no use but I 'needed'... Whilst in there, a shabby looking bloke came in and asked if there were any ashtrays ( Robert's is a small junk shop full to the ceiling with fascinating stuff at stupid prices ) - R said he had, and the bloke replied, I've only got a penny - at which point Robert became enraged and started shouting, quite justifiable... if you ask me. There was a really annoying woman in there who assumed the world revolved around her, took over the whole shop and haggled down 50p off something - despite just blabbing about having bought another new house with a purpose built studio in the garden, she was about 50 and had a really infantile, middle class whine and the manners of a spoilt child.
Took a load of pictures of the Stade / Jerwood - thinking about entering a competition and they were themed to suit. have to decide which one I like best.
Back home for more work and a clean up.
