For some unknown reason I thought it might be clever to cycle up Old London Road - a mistake... I am now crippled. As soon as I got home I had to walk the dogs, and then I could hardly stay upright as my blood sugar dropped through the floor - meaning an emergency shuffle to the COOP and the shameful act of buying a pork pie and eating it in the street outside.
I watched the final episode of The Walking Dead, which I thught was excellent and very well put together - much better than expected. They are now filming 13 new episodes, I'll look forward to seeing what the manage to do with it - but expectations are high.
Long and exhausting work day - plenty to do tonight, will just have to knuckle down and get on with it.
