... and I still haven't been paid. It's at times like this I almost wish I still had credit cards - and then I wake up screaming. I work with someone who owes more on their cards than they earn in a year, and pays £100 pcm interest for every £1 they pay back on one card alone, and STILL managed to get another card a few weeks ago.
Yesterday, much to me astonishment... someone I know did something very nice ( you know who you are ) - I'm still trying to decide how to handle that one, it's not what I'm used to. Someone else was also very rude, and I managed to get into an argument with a client over the shape of the letter P. This only happens in my industry, it could have got quite heated.
I was in work for a couple of hours and had some meetings, they were OK - and the weather is still pretty good. I have quite a bit of work to do today, including dealing with The Revenue - which I keep putting off - and I'm at home all day. Oddly enough, despite being absolutly destitute... I'm earning good money at the moment - on paper, at least.
had a letter from the TV Licence people saying they won't bother me for 2 years, but might visit to spot check. Suits me - I've not missed having a telly at all. The only thongs I've watched online re 'The Walking Dead' and a documentary about the space shuttle. The radio has been pretty good.
Brace yourself, I'm going to admit being wrong about something. I've really warmed to the concept of 'Radio 4 Extra' - it actually works really well - I know I railed that it was wrong to take away the BBC7 identity - but it's a far more practical working model and I actually think the listening figures will raise - moving the channel title to right next to radio 4 on the digital dial also helps.
Is it just me - or does Mousa Kousa remind you of Jar Jar Binks?

I loved the Walking Dead - pity they've only made 6 episodes so far. I effing love zombies! (not in real life obviously)
