6am and the weather girl is wearing a violent cerise cardy and frock combination that makes me feel decidedly unwell - it was like being punched in the face with a bunch of flowers.
Heavy day to look forward to - already bracing myself. By the time I get home tonight I'll be exhausted. Annoyingly - Masterchef is on at the same time as 'The Story of British Sculpture - I'll have to double check the repeat times. Of Course, it's a bit late at 9-10... I can feel myself fading already.
I didn't watch the Brits - but I caught up with Arcade Fire this morning on Youtube - if I was better organised I wouldn't bother with the TV at all. ( Reminds me... still need to buy licence ) - however, at 10pm on Radio 2 there is a documentary about Brecht and Weil's Mack The Knife in 'Song Stories' which looks and sounds interesting.
The papers are deathly dull, most trying to drum up more riots in foreign climes - or speculating about Jordan ( see what I did there!!!). It's actually fairly light so I'm going to risk a dog walk in the woods before work. Should have enough time to get ready afterwards.
