Wednesday

Woke up feeling like death. Not in a cold / flu type way - but in a totally exhausted and brain dead way.

Very busy today, and I have a huge amount of work to do as well - feeling very tired and it's not even 7am yet.

One of the other tutors at college has received an aggressive letter and demand for payment from a German Photographer because she used an image she found online to illustrate an exhibition on a student blog she runs. She was in a bit of a state about it - but to be honest, it was just posturing by someone who describes themselves as a 'Hacker' - and has already made a malicious change to her blog by hacking in - it's not a solicitors letter - I understand that the Germans are very aggressive in the courts when it comes to copyright infringement - but I doubt that there is any merit in it.

The Andy Gray thing rumbles on - the bottom line is that he's a twat. Now - why don't they start recording Clarkson when he's off screen.

The BBC are doing a 'happiness' series to try and cheer us all up. Meanwhile - last nights prime time TV ( Taggart and Silent Witness ) both has scenes where someone is beaten up, doused in petrol and set on fire. Which is nice. I watched Charlie Brooker last night - it was very interesting. There has been quite a lot of research into TV and how it influences the way we think. Most people who regularly watch 'CrimeWatch' have a higher expectation of being the victim of violent crime etc. I'm wondering how many people today assume they will be beaten upon the way to work and doused in petrol then set alight crossing Waterloo Bridge, as all the other commuters shuffle past, secretly relieved it wasn't their turn.
