I thought I'd fucked it all up last night - however.... I've fixed it now.
I've built a new website using Wordpress that includes a front page - and a seperate blog and portfolio and biography section. I'm actually quite happy to move towards this new approach - it will mean that my posts are less rude and more acceptable for the potential clients that are out there - but I need the discipline. I have to brand myself better professionally.... so here goes. I have not finished putting work samples on yet - that will take a week or so - but I'm running them both at the same time. in an attempt to get used to the new site. I'm not 100% in love with Wordpress yet - in about 6 months I'm going to gravitate towards a more custom design and find an independent host and URL - the standard wordpress does not have many templates I like and has limited customisation, I'll get bored quite quickly and it's a good way to force me to learn more programming. I don't really like the way it looks - but I'll learn to live with it. Rather pleased with my drop down menus.
Very busy this week, loads of work to do - I'm in college most days... already looking forward to the weekend.
