The snow is getting on my nerves - still about 18 - 20 inches everywhere, the extra bit last night covered all yesterdays footprints and clearance - back to square one. The patio door is frozen shut - but the dogs still insisted on 2 long walks and lots of play.
In truth - I've never actually seen this much snow in my life - but the fun is gone and I'm getting annoyed with it all. I would have thought that I'd enjoy a couple of days at home - but actually I've been pretty lethargic and achieved less than I expected.
I'm going out later - I promised months ago that I'd go to an event tonight and I can't let them down - many of the performers are snowbound and they will need the support - I only hope the freezing rain that is forecast stays off until I am back home. My wonky tooth is getting annoying - I'm going to try and find another dentist on Monday - I don't have the time to get to Brighton and there have been no trains there for a few days anyway.
Saturday tomorrow - I love weekends - nobody bothers you, the phone never rings and I can withdraw into a nice little bubble - only one week left until the end of term....
