It's bonfire night in Hastings, so that's either Scary or Exciting - delete as nesc.

Working really hard at the moment, went to bed at 7.30 last night - really needed it, and up early in a freezing cold field with the dogs - woolly hat time now.

My ( smarter than me ) brother found an interesting article in the Economist about Hastings - written before Seascape sold Priory Square to Saga, enabling the next phase of regeneration.

All good at work - some real progress being made at the college and freelance stuff chugging along. Have quite a lot up my sleeve at the moment but it's not paying cash dividends yet. I'm no longer annoyed that I didn't win last weeks eurolottery - I'm so used to living below the poverty line it's like a badge of honour - I have a very distorted view of the world anyway.

Really need to get out into the garden and have a day of slash and burn.

In other news - the obese bloke next door seems to e back - either he was working away for 6 months or they are reconciled. Have to start a massive house clean in 5 mins... after this final cuppa, it's a wreck .
