Disaster.

I worked really hard over the weekend - did loads of work - including a branding for a tarty womens wear shoe brand for Peacocks ( look... I need the money... ) - I went to bed whacked but overslept and didn't get up until 6.30 - so my morning was a disaster and I skipped breakfast. By the time I cycled to college I was in a right state - overcompensating for zero blood sugar I was acting like someone on drugs - I was supposed to be teaching a group how to use photoshop and ended up just babbling - I made almost no sense whasoever - I could hear myself talking but rubbish was coming out.

I ended up having to do two meetings at the same time and rushing around the building leaving cups of emergency tea to go cold.

First thing I cut a student from the course at breakneck speed - I don't think he knew what hit him - and gave someone a tour of the building without drawing breath once.

I achieved loads.... but I'll never skip a meal again. I may not be able to get up tomorrow.
