My first online combine phone / internet bill just arrived. The log in interface didn't work - no surprises there, I had to re-register - and best of all - despite the fact that it's paperless and a combined bill that requires no effort whatsoever by them - I'm still being charged £4.50 for processing a payment - which is instantaneous and I'm the one whjo has to input the details. That's more than I spent on phone calls - and probably the same as a full weeks high speed broadband usage. Considering the millions of bills they must process - the pure profit for doing fuck-all is IMMENSE!!!!
