My New Neighbour

This is Mack-Heath, I think that's a fitting name. He's the little chap I mentioned that got stuck in my garden a couple of weeks ago and needed feeding on Tuna Fish. He's now the size of a small dog and keeps coming back for more, here he is outside my office window.

The dogs find him a bit alarming but are getting used to the idea. He has no fear of me - it's only a matter of time before he learns to open the fridge.

ah.......I rescued a baby gull from the beach on Sunday, I spotted him from my window, Im a bit short sighted and at first just thought he had something stuck to him. People kept stopping and looking and pointing at him and then walking off. I went to the beach and then realised how badly damaged he was, I got a bit wet rescuing him and drove him to Mallydams. They had to put him to sleep.

What really annoyed me was the passers by who must have thought it was a bit of entertainment.

Jane - people are such scum. An adult seagull had been killed by a car on Priory Road last night - I'll never be able to walk down that road again.
