Tried to boil an egg but for some reason put a tea bag in the pan instead.
Tried to put oil in the frying pan but used washing up liquid instead.
Went to put a crumpet in the toaster without taking it out of the packet.
Put a bottle of caustic soda on the milk shelf in the fridge.

Oh - that's OK - there is a massive amount of empty space in there to fill before I have to worry.
