Hot, humid and damp - tiny bit or rain, just thinking about work.

Closing ceremony was OK - not for me, really - but it was supposed to be light entertainment and not have the gravitas and emotional punch of the opener - but seemed to be popular.

Loads to do this week - need to be much more organised - might actually take today as a day for my work rather than paid freelance - or at least one day this week.

I have a tall cupboard next to the doors to the carden, I keep bin bags on top ( don't ask - it's just convenient ) - I pulled one down yesterday and was showered with what was clearly cat piss. The feral cats have been playing dare again - coming into the house to see how far they can torment the dogs.

I really like this house. It's right by Alexandra Park.
